Why Data Visualization Matters – and How I Keep Improving
At EBD International, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of Power BI projects, many of which focused on data visualization as a central tool for clear communication. From interactive dashboards to custom-built reports, my goal has always been to help clients see their data — not just read it.
During my studies at the University of East Sarajevo, I developed a strong foundation in psychology and research methodology. But I quickly realized that to bring data to life — especially in real-world applications — I had to learn how to visualize it effectively. That’s why I’ve continued to refine my skills through practical work and independent exploration.
Whether it's aligning graphs with cognitive principles, ensuring accessibility in visual layouts, or optimizing dashboards for user experience, I treat data visualization as both an art and a science.
Learning never stops — and for me, data storytelling is a field where I’ll always be evolving.
