Presentation Skills: Making Ideas Visually and Verbally Impactful
A good idea is only as powerful as your ability to present it. Through academic training and professional experience, I’ve refined my presentation skills to clearly deliver information that resonates — both intellectually and visually.
As a psychology student, I’ve delivered numerous presentations on research topics such as irrational beliefs, cognitive styles, and dual-process theories, where I had to distill complex theory into digestible content. Through this, I learned the importance of knowing your audience and using narrative structure to maintain engagement.
Professionally, my work at EBD International has pushed me to think about presentation in a broader context — not just speaking, but designing how information is shared. I’ve created interactive Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that tell a story with numbers, helping audiences understand key insights at a glance.
Whether presenting academic findings or data-driven reports, I approach every presentation as a balance of logic, clarity, and visual flow — turning raw information into something others can learn from.
