Experience
I'm always open to new experiences and challenges that push me out of my comfort zone. I enjoy working in collaborative environments where ideas are shared and built upon. Being a team player comes naturally to me — I value good communication, mutual support, and the synergy that comes from working with others toward a common goal. Whether it's in academic projects, research, or practical tasks, I thrive in settings where teamwork and learning go hand in hand.
Evidence-Based Development International
I collaborated with EBD International for 10 months (May 2024 – February 2025), gaining hands-on experience in data visualization using Power BI and Tableau. During this time, I improved my skills in data cleaning, dashboard design, and communicating insights through visual storytelling, while also learning how to work efficiently in a remote, team-based environment.
Section Leader
Currently serve as the leader of the student section within the Psychological Society of Republika Srpska. This role has given me valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and presenting ideas clearly and confidently. Through organizing events, coordinating with peers, and representing the section, I've developed strong communication and organizational skills that complement my academic and analytical interests.
Student Mentor
As a volunteer student mentor, I work alongside other dedicated peers to support first-year students and those facing academic challenges. Our goal is to help them navigate the transition to university life, improve their study habits, and build confidence in their academic journey. Whether it's through one-on-one guidance, group sessions, or simply being someone they can turn to, I find this role deeply rewarding. It reflects my belief in the power of mutual support and the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
